Oreoluwa is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity Practice Groups, where she brings extensive experience advising on a broad spectrum of securities and financing transactions. Known for her precision and commercial insight, she has successfully supported numerous landmark issuances, including sovereign bonds, corporate debt programs, and structured finance deals. Her work spans the full lifecycle of capital markets transactions, from structuring and regulatory compliance to documentation and closing, providing strategic guidance to issuers, trustees, and investors.
