Our Energy practice comprises specialist lawyers working together as a fully-integrated team advising our Clients across the whole life-cycle of projects , from inception to commissioning, and including project concession, land development, procurement and construction, supply chain infrastructure, financing, plant operations, and equipment maintenance.

We have deep experience in the energy and utility sectors. We regularly advise on the import, transportation, and sale of liquefied natural gas (LNG), the supply/offtake of utilities, the development of independent power projects, market support services, and asset disposal projects.

Our practice also covers public-private-partnership and public infrastructure projects, tankage and terminalling, logistics facilities and arrangements. We frequently act as project counsel and lenders’ Counsel, and our Clients include Government-linked entities, banks, and multinational corporations.
